During this year’s Cracow Fashion Week 2026 shows, held at the Polish Aviation Museum in Czyżyny, as many as 62 original graduation collections by young designers from the School of Artistic Fashion Design were presented. These collections are the result of many months of work by the students, their courage in experimenting with form, and their individual approach to design
From among all the presentations, the jury selected the 16 most interesting collections, which the audience had the opportunity to see again during the evening Cracow Fashion Awards Gala. The final show was a unique event—full of emotion, artistic vision, and professional staging.
The jury, composed of prominent fashion industry professionals—designers, stylists, and figures from the media and fashion market—awarded the evening’s top honor: the title of Collection of the Year. In 2026, the award went to Roksana Sendecka for her “OTHERED” collection, inspired by the stories of Quasimodo and John Merrick. Through references to physical deformities, such as Marfan syndrome, werewolf syndrome, and Siamese twins, the collection addresses the theme of the innocent suffering of people judged solely by their appearance. At the same time, it reminds us of their inner beauty and restores their lost humanity.
Thanks to numerous collaborations and partnerships, our designers have had the opportunity to receive special recognitions, awards, internships, and invitations to fashion shows both in Poland and abroad. This year’s Gala was not only a celebration of the designers’ educational journey, but also an inspiring preview of their future presence in the fashion industry!
