Where can you find Polish fashion and products from local creators? The best place is one that has been bringing together independent design, craftsmanship, and conscious shopping for years—at the KIERMASH fair. On March 28–29, 2026, in Kraków’s Kazimierz district at Stara Zajezdnia, the spring edition of one of Poland’s most popular fashion events will take place.

KIERMASH 2026 in Kraków is a fair where designers from across the country come together. This spring in Kazimierz, visitors will find clothing collections, handmade jewelry, bags, natural cosmetics, as well as ceramics and home decor. The event will combine shopping, inspiration, and meetings with creators in one space.
What is KIERMASH and why is it worth visiting?
KIERMASH has been promoting independent fashion and Polish design for 12 years. This event is designed for people who are looking for something more than mass-produced items from chain stores.
At the fair, you can:
- meet Polish fashion designers,
- buy products created in limited, original collections,
- talk with creators about the design process,
- discover brands operating in the spirit of slow fashion.
It’s also a great place for anyone wondering where to buy unique clothing in Kraków and how to support local designers.
What can you buy at KIERMASH?
The March edition will feature many products perfect for the new season. Among them will be:
- spring clothing from Polish brands,
- transitional jackets and coats,
- bags, backpacks, and leather belts,
- colorful sunglasses and handmade jewelry,
- natural cosmetics and scented candles,
- ceramics and home decor.
“The spring edition of KIERMASH is always a moment of renewed energy—for both creators and visitors. We create a space where uniqueness, craftsmanship, and independent design meet a responsible approach to fashion and production. We want shopping to be not only a pleasure, but also a conscious choice that supports local designers,” emphasizes event co-organizer Mateusz Kaczan.

Where is KIERMASH held in Kraków?
The spring edition of the fair takes place in Kraków’s Kazimierz district—one of the city’s most distinctive and atmospheric neighborhoods. Founded in the 14th century, Kazimierz was once a separate town and developed over the centuries into an important center of culture and trade. Today, it is a vibrant district full of galleries, cafes, restaurants, and cultural events, which has preserved the unique atmosphere of its historic streets and the artistic spirit of Kraków.
Marta Ruszkowska—a Kraków-based artist who is creating the graphic design for this season’s KIERMASH
Marta Ruszkowska—a Kraków-based artist working in illustration and painting, and a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts—is responsible for the visual identity of this year’s edition of the fair. For over 15 years, Marta has been carrying out projects in Poland and abroad, focusing on social themes and press illustration. In her work, she treats the poster as a form of visual commentary and a tool for communicating with the audience. This year, she has prepared an original graphic concept for KIERMASH featuring hand-drawn character illustrations inspired by the people co-creating the event.
Food Court
KIERMASH is not only about fashion and design, but also a place to relax. Visitors will find a food court offering plant-based options (Roślinny), aromatic coffee (Funky Donkey), and fresh juices (Dżus Bus).
