ThinkYoung with the support of Bentley Systems will bring its flagship STEM program to Poland, sparking curiosity and building essential skills for tomorrow’s young leaders and future-makers. Through hands-on learning, the ThinkYoung STEM School will help nurture Poland’s next generation of innovators and infrastructure engineers. From 4 to 6 November 2025, ThinkYoung will host the 26th edition of the STEM School, taking place in Kraków, Poland in partnership with Bentley Systems

The three-day bootcamp in Kraków will bring together 30 high school students aged 16–17, with 50% of participants being young women. This edition spotlights infrastructure and civil engineering giving students hands-on exposure to new technologies and showing how engineering improves quality of life in Poland and beyond.
Following a hands-on, learning-by-doing approach, students will build simple bridge models, explore robotics, and learn more about AI tools. Through these activities, they will also develop critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills that prepare them to imagine future careers in science, technology and engineering.
At Bentley Systems, we believe that inspiring young people to explore STEM related careers is essential to building the future of resilient and sustainable infrastructure. By partnering with ThinkYoung to bring the STEM School to Kraków, we’re helping students gain hands-on experience and see how engineering can make a real difference in their communities and beyond. We are especially proud to support a program that empowers young women and men equally to become the innovators and infrastructure leaders of tomorrow.” – Zeljko Djuretic, Senior Director-Education, Bentley Systems”
This year also marks the 10th anniversary of our STEM School (formerly ThinkYoung Coding School), dedicated to advancing STEM education for all young people. Over the last decade, ThinkYoung and its partners have trained more than 1,900 young people across Europe, West Asia, and Africa, with over 60% of participants being girls and young women.
“By hosting the ThinkYoung STEM School in Kraków with our partner Bentley Systems Launch, we want to inspire and support young innovators and future-makers,” said Andrea Gerosa, Founder of ThinkYoung. “Hands-on learning and early exposure to cutting-edge technology are powerful ways to grow tomorrow’s talent pipeline and promote the role of infrastructure engineering in shaping our world”.
